Brief Description
Who are we looking for? We are looking for 4 X Systems & Data Assistants for a 12-month secondment/FTC with the potential to be extended or go permanent. We are looking to start the roles as of the 10th of November 2025. Please note that this is an office-based role and you will be required to attend the Milton Keynes office Monday – Friday.
About the role
We are looking for individuals who are inquisitive about data and assessing a diverse range of information sources to create an infrastructure model that is utilised for planning the timetable. You will be a team player who\’ll be able to work to tight timescales. It is not essential that you have experience in using the TPS Train Planning system toolkit (as training will be provided), but it is essential that you have an aptitude for data, detail and precision. Join us in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, where your contributions have a significant impact.
Essential Criteria
- Proven ability to engage with customers and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Proven experience in delivering to agreed timelines and standards
- High standard of verbal and written communication
- Good analytical skills in a technical or systems related environment
- High level of computer literacy including ability to query and manipulate data
- Proven experience of Data Management activities
