About the role
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that support successful project delivery? We are looking for a Performance & Reporting Analyst to support the planning, monitoring and reporting of investment programmes across our Regions business.
In this role, you'll work collaboratively with Programme and Project Managers to provide accurate performance reporting, analyse trends and variances, and help drive informed decision-making. You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality programme data, supporting change control processes, and ensuring project information is managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating assurance checks and monitoring across programme areas.
- Providing reporting and performance analysis on Risk Management and Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance.
- Identifying trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities through data analysis.
- Supporting project change control and programme governance processes.
- Monitoring data quality and compliance with reporting standards.
- Maintaining project control activities in line with NR Standards or other approved project lifecycles.

Salary
Band 4B (£35,582-£43,400) plus Inner London Allowance £3,270.

Drugs And Alcohol Standard
Depending on the role, candidates that are made a conditional offer, may be a required to undergo and pass a drugs and alcohol test. Your offer will be rescinded if you record a positive test. All positive drugs and alcohol test results will be securely held on Sentinel database and a five-year suspension from applying for a safety critical role, a role which requires PTS certification or a Key Safety role on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure will be enforced.
Network Rail adheres to pre-employment Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS), this is government standard for pre-employment vetting. BPSS government standard pre-employment vetting requires Network Rail to screen a potential employee's unspent criminal convictions and undertake 3-year career checks. Employment at Network Rail is subject to employees meeting the BPSS government standard pre-employment vetting.

Essential Criteria
- HND or NVQ equivalent in construction or engineering related subject.
- Successful relevant experience in the management, planning or delivery of major construction and engineering projects.
- A working knowledge of investment programme and project controls processes and systems.
Desirable
- Strong reporting skills using applications such as Excel, Power BI, GRAMA, IRIS.
