Network Rail is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary to lead the Governance & Secretariat function and set the strategic direction for corporate governance across Network Rail and its Group companies. You will report to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary and influence Board decisions at the highest levels.
You will lead development of governance frameworks, ensure compliance, and partner with senior leaders and regulators to shape future governance arrangements for the railway.
