Role Overview: Working with our world-class Projects and Business Change Management team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering the next generation of safer and better performing railways. With many important projects being deployed all across the business, you could find yourself working on Engineering Assets, Safety, Environment or Information Management. Wherever you’re placed, you’ll gain valuable experience in delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high quality, as well as managing risks. You’ll also build relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and wider industry and deliver business changes throughout our different regions and routes.
Qualifications and Skills: We’re looking for curious, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to identify unique approaches to how we work. You should have an eye for detail and the ability to approach complex problems pragmatically. Other qualities we’d like to see are:
