This is an interim role for initially 6 months. Candidates are able to work either 4 or 5 days a week. £23.55 per hour with a little flexibility for the right person. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Centre Manager to take full control of 7 independent business centres across Warwickshire. Dealing with all aspects of the smooth running of the locations, liaising with tenants who will be commercial businesses. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and will have experience of negotiatingcontracts with new clients and dealing with commercial licences for tenants. A background in Commercial Lettings would be ideal. To oversee and manage the operations of the Business Centre portfolio, managing the staff with the centres and ensuring the delivery of a high quality and effective service which supports growth and development of the business.
