Description
As a TMA/Streetworks Compliance officer, you will provide Streetworks administration support in accordance with business operations and TMA/NRWSA, ensuring we meet service performance standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will action and investigate all S74, FPN and other failure charges, ensuring they comply with all current Streetworks processes and procedures
  • You will Identify noticing issues and apply early intervention
  • You will maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated
  • You will provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved

Experience and Qualifications

  • Streetworks and Symology experience preferable but no essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
