As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications
  • Timesheet input / review
  • Data entry
  • Assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise

Experience and Qualifications

  • Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
  • Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
  • Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
  • Computer literate with strong excel capability
  • Able to support with data analysis
