Description As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of a Fleet Team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will help support the day to day operations of the team by providing a wide-ranging area of administration support. Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to: · Manage Connectwise damages inbox · Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs · First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any and all that fail to comply to required standards · Liaise with accounts / depots regarding billing / PO queries · Raise and issue Pos using Dynamix · Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers · Key2 system administration · General administrative assistant to damage team Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · Ability to work accurately and efficiently · Manage their own workload Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.
