As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications
- Timesheet input / review
- Data entry
- Assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise
Experience and Qualifications
- Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
- Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
- Computer literate with strong excel capability
- Able to support with data analysis
