As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Non-Core Water contract; delivering a wide range of Infrastructure Projects and Capital Works across the North West for our client United Utilities. You will support the client in delivering their key outcomes; delivery of key contract KPI’s and full management of delivery and back office will be a key element of the role. You will oversee the design, delivery and commercial teams to ensure our Non-Core programme of work is delivered safely, to the right quality, on programme and to the client’s budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all work within the contracts under your control are carried out in full compliance with health, safety, welfare and environmental regulations while working to maximise the profitability of each contract and ensuring satisfaction of contractual requirements.
- Ensure cash forecasts, construction programmes and progress updates to the client are as accurate as possible and submitted on time.
- Be responsible for ensuring the contract’s Profit.
