Description To support operational teams by ensuring Streetworks activities are carried out in compliance with NRSWA requirements, and all statutory timescales are met, minimising financial risk to the business. Key Responsibilities Receive, log and process Streetworks enquiries, permits, notices and defect reports. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with real-time progress, permit statuses and completion information. Monitor and track Streetworks activities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company deadlines. Liaise with local authorities, clients, contractors and internal departments regarding Streetworks activities and updates. Produce reports and maintain spreadsheets to monitor work volumes, permit performance and operational trends. Support the coordination and scheduling of Streetworks activities where required. Utilise the Symology system to process and manage Streetworks permits, notices and related activities (full training will be provided). Ensure all documentation is completed, recorded and filed in line with company procedures and compliance requirements. Assist with monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement. Ensure safety concerns are reported and escalated in accordance with company procedures. Provide general administrative support to the Streetworks team. Experience and Qualifications Prior experience in the Utilities sector is an advantage (full training is provided). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically high proficiency in Excel. Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines Understanding of utility operational activities and field-based workflows. Exceptional planning and time-management skills to consistently hit critical deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders under pressure.
