Department: Environmental Solutions Plus
Location: Birmingham
Compensation: £12.71 / hour
Grounds Maintenance Operative required for the West Midlands. These are seasonal roles from April to October. There is the potential for them to turn into permanent roles. Day and Night shifts available. Day shift paid at an hourly rate of £12.71. Night shifts are paid at a guaranteed shift of 12 hours, no matter the hours worked at time and a half.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Litter picking across designated areas
- General upkeep of outdoor spaces
- Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work
- Full UK driving licence – essential for travelling between sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management and reliability
