The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To assist in the carrying out of resin injection and drainage works, as well as providing the practical knowledge to assist in providing a safe and compliant worksite, ensuring high customer satisfaction every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a wide range of works including resin treatment and drainage works as part of a planned works programme, working with small teams of engineers.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of the vehicles and plant in connection with the works.
  • Operate a wide variety of different equipment including CAT & Genny, penetrometers, drainage survey kits, generators, injection equipment, abrasive wheels, hand held power tools, small tools and other equipment.
  • Ensure that the vehicles and plant are maintained to high standards of care and maintenance, reporting defects to the Lead Engineers, carry out regular maintenance and minor repairs, dealing with such defects where appropriate.
  • Work flexibly across the areas as required by operational need and carry out other duties commensurate to the nature and grade of the post as directed by the line manager and/or director.

Main Requirements

  • Good customer facing attitude.
  • Good knowledge of site safety and site set ups; with the public and team members' welfare being essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of working on resin treatment activities and/or drainage works.
  • Completion and updating paperwork to a high standard, including timesheets, hand-arm vibration records, site specific risk assessments and treatment documentation.
  • Ability to maintain a customer focus whilst working.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Good housekeeping with tools and equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience and/or training in the use of some or all of the following would be desirable: Resin injection equipment, CAT & Genny, Penetrometer, Abrasive wheels, Hand held power tools.
  • Qualifications in: First aid, Abrasive wheels and face fit, Safe dig/locate utilities, Manual handling, HAVS awareness, Health & Safety.
  • Full driving license.
  • DBS Check.
