We are recruiting a sales assistant to work in our vibrant record shop located in the centre of Sheffield. Duties will include providing top quality customer service and assisting both new and existing customers with purchases.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of music both new and old, across all genres, as well as skills in inputting and grading of vinyl, CDs & Cassettes.

Duties would include cleaning and maintaining records, inputting new and second hand records into our online systems, as well as ordering new, popular releases.

  • Experience: customer service: 1 year (preferred), Retail sales: 1 year (required)
