This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager / Marketer. Based in Sheffield, the position allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Social Media Manager / Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase audience engagement and drive venue attendance.
Daily tasks include:
- Creating social media content
- Managing platform performance
- Organising marketing strategies through meta advertisements
- Utilising demographic data in advertisements to push content
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies for social platforms
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance
- A genuine passion for music and the live events industry
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage
