This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager / Marketer. Based in Sheffield, the position allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Social Media Manager / Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase audience engagement and drive venue attendance. Daily tasks include:

  • Creating social media content
  • Managing platform performance
  • Organising marketing strategies through meta advertisements
  • Utilising demographic data in advertisements to push content

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies for social platforms
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work in both independent and collaborative environments
  • A genuine passion for music and the live events industry
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage
