Network Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic Programme Tutor to deliver the Spear Programme across group and 1:1 coaching. You will prepare and coach Spear Foundation sessions, engage young people, and help them become work-ready by the end of the initial phase.
You will also deliver Spear Career sessions, track progress, and build relationships with Trainees and referral partners while supporting recruitment of Trainees through job centres and agencies. Closing date: 31st October 2026.
