Lighthouse West Yorkshire is seeking one or two Trainee Pastors for a paid, 18-month immersive programme designed to equip individuals who love Jesus and care for the margins with hands-on pastoral experience, mentoring, and theological training.
As part of the programme, the successful candidate will receive 1:1 mentoring, opportunities to lead, preach and teach, plus theological education through Lighthouse School of Missional Theology, with regular staff development and supervision.
