Responsible to: CCACP Board of directors

Reports to: The Project Manager

Hours: 16 hours per week. Mondays on site for the Drop-in for the full day (9.30am to 6pm) and Wednesdays for group activities. Remaining hours can be worked flexibly consistent with the needs of the job.

Benefits: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees).

This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the running of a long-established and highly valued service for asylum seekers and refugees.

You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in organising and leading the effective and safe running of our weekly Monday drop-ins creating a space where people from diverse backgrounds experience a sense of community, belonging, loving friendship and acceptance which embraaces religious and cultural diversity.

You will le ad in developing specific Meeting Point group activities working with beneficiaries to design and deliver the activities in line with our Strategic Review. You will have a key role in developing and building partnerships that directly help our beneficiaries by providing services at the Monday drop-ins. You will help manage, motivate, and co-ordinate a fabulous team of dedicated volunteers.

The post is open to people of all faiths and none willing to embrace a shared ethos of treating people with compassion, dignity, and respect.
