In2Out, a charity mentoring young people (15–21-year-old) leaving custody, is looking to appoint a part-time Mentor Coordinator to support young people resettling in the region following a time in custody.

You will also help build a network of contacts, volunteers and Partner Organisations to better enable successful resettlement for programme Participants.

You will liaise with other agencies and professionals involved with a young person's welfare to support successful resettlement

The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable young people, be a team player, and be a trusted advocate, motivator and encourager whilst maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, professional boundaries and quality in all their interactions.

Ability to travel using own transport around the region, to HMYOI Wetherby and other custodial establishments is essential.

In2Out is an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
