Join a data-driven organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business operations and technology—helping to enhance enterprise analytics, reporting capabilities, and decision-making processes. Working closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, optimise workflows, and support the implementation of modern data and reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI. The role focuses on aligning data infrastructure with strategic goals and supporting the rollout of cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data/reporting needs and document business requirements
- Analyse and improve data processes to support efficient and accurate reporting
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and analytics teams
- Contribute to the development of data models, ETL processes, and system documentation
- Support UAT, training, and adoption of new analytics platforms
- Ensure all reporting solutions meet compliance, governance, and organisational objectives
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business users for aligned outcomes
Experience Required
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Knowledge of data modelling, architecture, and reporting design
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Desirable Experience
