Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes to identify optimisation and automation opportunities
Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to translate requirements into solution designs
Support the delivery of workflow automation, forms, and document management solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Nintex, K2, Power Platform, or equivalent)
Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
Map both as-is and to-be processes, supporting process re-engineering efforts
Produce clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure that solutions align with business objectives

Skills & Experience:

Essential:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA on automation or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, and OpenText)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing priorities in a hybrid client-facing environment
- Ability to identify and document data requirements, business logic, and domain-specific terminology in clear, accessible language
Desirable:
- Experience with iManage document management systems
- Exposure to low-code or intelligent automation platforms
- Understanding of systems integration, data flows, and interoperability
- Experience in the legal sector
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices
- Interest in Copilot Studio / Agentic AI (as a user or configurator)
