Network IT are looking for an experienced ITSM Specialist to take ownership of our clients IT Service Management platform – currently ServiceNow. You will help drive innovation, automation, and performance across their digital services. You'll support platform development, drive service improvement, and deliver smarter ways of working that align with their digital transformation goals.
ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- Own and manage the ITSM roadmap, aligning with business priorities and transformation goals
- Configure and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations across ITIL processes
- Deliver performance insights via dashboards, reporting, and KPIs
- Provide expert training, guidance, and documentation to ensure optimal platform adoption
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and smarter service management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance service delivery
- Maintain the CMDB and support integrations (e.g., LDAP, SSO, third-party APIs)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Proven knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes (ITIL Foundation qualification required as a minimum)
- Skilled in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable delivering training and technical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across technical and business teams
- Experience in DevOps environments preferably
