Network IT is seeking a Head of IT Service Management for a client in Milton Keynes on a six-month contract. This role includes strategic leadership within an ITIL-focused ITSM function, ensuring efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will:

Experience in ITSM management, knowledge of ServiceNow, and SC Clearance eligibility are preferred. This position offers a hybrid working practice of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
