Essential Skills&Experience
- Atleast5years'experienceworkingwith Salesforceacrossadministration, configuration, support, anddeliveryfunctions.
- Stronghands-onexpertisewith Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator(ADM201)certification.
- Demonstrableexperienceanalysingbusinessrequirementsandconvertingthemintopractical Salesforce-basedsolutions.
- Strongknowledgeof Salesforceautomationtools, securityarchitecture, permissions, roles, andsharingmodels.
- Experiencesupportingproduction Salesforceenvironments, includingreleasepreparation, troubleshooting, andincidentmanagement.
- Knowledgeofdatamanagementprinciples, includingmigrations, imports, dataquality, SOQL, and Data Loader.
- Abilitytoproduceactionablereportinganddashboardsforoperationalandleadershipstakeholders.
