Network IT is looking for an experienced Security Installation Team Lead to lead the preparation and delivery of technical security systems in secure and government environments, with possible travel overseas.
Please note this is a DV Cleared role, and you must be a British Citizen to be considered.
Our client is looking for someone with team leadership experience in the installation of physical and technical security systems in a high security environment. You will have worked to install the likes of CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and supporting experience in data/infrastructure cabling. You'll be managing a team of onsite engineers to review design activity, coordinate preparation, site delivery and hands-on installation activity.
This is a customer facing role, where you will work with customers directly, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Strong installation experience in one or more of CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, data cabling/infrastructure or electrical/electronic systems.
- Experience working to government security standards in secure environments.
- Experience supervising or task managing installation teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Level 3 electrical/electronic qualification or relevant equivalent experience.
- SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification.
- Current ECS card at the appropriate competency level.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Project.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- British Citizenship, and ideally active DV clearance (Previous clearance will be considered).
