Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working | 18-Month FTC | Potential Extension We're looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Manager to support a large-scale People Services Hub transformation and payroll migration programme. This role is ideal for someone with a balanced background across HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations who enjoys improving processes, driving change and working with stakeholders across the business. What You'll Be Doing Support the transition to a new People Services Hub model. Act as a key SME across HR Operations and Payroll. Review and improve people and payroll processes. Support payroll migration and transformation activities. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners. Drive operational improvements and best practice. Challenge existing processes and influence positive change.What We're Looking For - Strong experience across both HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations - Experience supporting payroll, people services, HR operations or shared services functions - Exposure to transformation, migration, change or improvement projects - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working Candidates with exposure to any of the following are encouraged to apply: iTrent, Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce, ADP, ResourceLink (Zellis), PeopleXD, MHR, CoreHR, Sage People, Civica or similar HR and Payroll platforms. £55,000 - £67500 + Generous Benefits Please note: deep technical systems expertise is not required
