Network IT is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client within a period of transformation, to support them specifically with ServiceNow related workstreams. In this role you'll be directly supporting, and deputising for the Programme Director, whilst working through complex change delivery across service transformation workstreams, utilising ServiceNow to make a positive impact to the business through technology.

Youll own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, bringing together technical teams, service operations, business stakeholders and third party suppliers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading ServiceNow delivery across ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM and CSM
  • Driving integration with enterprise systems, tools and data
  • Bringing technology and business change together to deliver lasting adoption
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Keeping delivery on track across scope, cost, resources, risks and dependencies
  • Making sure new capabilities are ready for launch, support and business adoption
  • Managing senior stakeholders and providing clear, confident reporting to programme leadership
  • Identifying and resolving issues quickly, keeping momentum and minimising disruption
  • Supporting wider digital transformation and continuous improvement

Essential Skills:

  • A recognised project management qualification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB or equivalent
  • Strong experience delivering complex technology, transformation or implementation projects with ServiceNow specifically. If you have not delivered ServiceNow related projects, you will not be considered.
  • Excellent planning, project controls and project governance skills, including MS Project or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing resources, costs, risks and dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including third party suppliers and subcontractors. Able to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities

This is an SC Cleared role, whilst not essential it would be beneficial to speed up onboarding.
