We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager with strong ERP support experience to join a growing organisation and take ownership of its IT environment. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting users day-to-day, and making sure core systems, especially ERP, run smoothly. ERP support experience is essential, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be the main point of contact for ERP users, oversee ongoing improvements, and ensure the wider IT landscape works effectively around it. This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and part of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and improving the company’s ERP system (Business Central preferred)
  • Providing 1st to 3rd line IT support across the business
  • Acting as the internal IT lead while managing a third-party MSP partner
  • Owning the relationship with the MSP, ensuring service levels, priorities, and escalations are handled effectively
  • Managing Office 365, infrastructure, networking, and system integrations
  • Working closely with users to resolve issues and improve how systems are used
  • Making sure IT systems are secure, reliable, and fit for the business
