Network IT are working with a growing and customer-focused organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a broad range of IT projects across multiple technologies, supporting enterprise clients and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a confident, customer-focused professional who can manage a varied portfolio of projects while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs and IT Directors.
Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of IT projects, ranging from small and medium initiatives through to large-scale enterprise programmes. You will work across a wide range of technology areas, including IT Managed Services, Unified Communications, Networking (WAN/LAN), Cloud, AI, and Automation, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can confidently manage competing priorities, balance time, cost, quality, and urgency, and consistently provide assurance to stakeholders. You will be a customer-first communicator, comfortable presenting at senior levels, and someone who actively contributes ideas to improve delivery processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage either multiple small/medium projects or large enterprise-scale programmes (3-4 concurrently)
- Deliver end-to-end IT projects across Managed Services, Telecoms, Networking (WAN/LAN), Cloud, AI, and Automation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, confidently engaging with CIOs and IT Directors
- Provide clear, structured updates on progress, risks, and outcomes, instilling confidence in delivery
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, and urgency expectations
- Act as a customer-first lead, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Lead delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies with strong governance and controls
- Take ownership of delivery, offering reassurance and proactive support to stakeholders
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Effectively manage multiple priorities with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Proven experience delivering IT projects as a Project Manager
- PRINCE2 certified (essential)
- Experience across: Managed Services, Telecoms, Networking (WAN/LAN), Cloud, AI/Automation
- Strong track record managing multiple concurrent projects and complex portfolios
- Confident stakeholder engagement, including CIO/IT Director-level communication
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and controls
- Ability to balance time, cost, quality, and urgency in delivery
- Proactive, driven, and continuous improvement-focused mindset
- Ability to provide confidence and assurance to stakeholders through consistent delivery
