Job description Network IT Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our client on a 3 month initial contract. Our client operates an MSP, supporting a range of customers with outsourced service desk, desktop support and more, along with the likes of Cyber Essentials. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to build the team with a 1st / 2nd Line Analyst, who has aspirations to join a growing business, and upskill in areas of IT such as Office 365 and Azure support. The client is looking for someone who already has a background in IT Support, but is willing to upskill and grow with the business. Role: 1st / 2nd Line Analyst Duration: 3 months, with a view to extend (possible conversion to permanent) Location: Kettering based – 5 days onsite Rate: £110 to £120 per day Status: Inside IR35 Skills Required: Must have a solid background in 1st / 2nd Line IT Support skills, able to solve as many tickets as possible without escalation. O365 – Administration. Azure – Basic Administration. Sharepoint – Basic administration. General MS Windows support. 8×8 or general telephony support skills would be nice to have.
