Network IT are partnering with a large organisation to recruit a Finance Systems Manager with solid experience in finance system configuration, administration, and support, alongside a demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end system change processes and leading technical resources.

This position offers a balanced mix of hands-on technical delivery (50%) and strategic oversight of the finance systems landscape (50%). This is a broad and business-critical role that goes beyond a traditional support function.

The successful individual will bring strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and people management capabilities, alongside technical expertise.

The successful individual will be responsible for the Finance ERP environment, covering requirements gathering, system configuration, release management, and ongoing support, while collaborating with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to maintain stability and drive continuous improvements.
