Network IT are looking to expand their contract team with a 360 IT Contract Recruitment Consultant who is experienced at managing the entire recruitment process from acquiring clients to placing candidates. The role allows you to plan your own day/week with business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
    • Identify and approach potential clients to win new business
    • Pitch recruitment services and solutions tailored to client needs
    • Negotiate terms of business and fees
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
    • Understand client hiring needs and business objectives
    • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent strategies
  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
    • Write and advertise job vacancies across various platforms
    • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, feedback, offers, and onboarding
    • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
    • Provide interview coaching and support to candidates
