We\'re on the lookout for an experienced security lead to join an established information security function. This is a critical leadership position, where you will be supporting a portfolio of large scale transformation programmes: including major cloud initiatives.
You will be the senior escalation point for complex issues, balancing technical, regulatory, and delivery considerations to keep transformation programmes secure and on track.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical breadth and the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Be the security SME for the business and take the reigns in the end to end delivery of complex transformation programmes.
- Act as an escalation point for Architecture, Risk and Privacy.
- Ability to communicate across all levels and positively impact key decision making meetings.
- Balance delivery and risk whilst providing clear pragmatic security advice.
- Lead and help mentor a team of security consultants.
Ideal Experience:-
- Experience working in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Finance).
- Proven track record in end to end dealing with major programmes.
- Possess a broad technical knowledge (Architecture, Privacy, Risk, Cloud etc).
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex security challenges across all levels.
- A deep understanding and proven track record in being the go to escalation point.
