About the Company

My client is looking for an experienced account manager to sell to a named set of 18-20 accounts with differing amounts of spend. This MSP has the capabilities to sell the whole portfolio to clients which includes UC/Connectivity/Comms/Cybersecurity.

About the Role

Have you sold complex solutions and services? This would suit an experienced account manager selling complex solutions or a software sales person looking to do something different, or a vendor sales person at the early stage of their career looking to move to enterprise sales. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate good examples of cross-sell and up-sell; my client has a very extensive portfolio so there is plenty of opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of being able to see buying signals in accounts.
  • Looking for someone who can architect complex software and hardware deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Looking to scope deals from £100K - £1.2M.
  • Quota is typically £ base salary x 10 - £60K base = 600K GP Quota.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management (cross-sell/upsell) or software sales.
  • Exposure to MSP/MSSP environments.

Required Skills

  • Ability to sell complex solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise sales.
  • Familiarity with UC/Connectivity/Comms/Cybersecurity.

Pay range and compensation package

Expected pay range is based on quota achievement, with a base salary of £60K leading to a GP quota of 600K.
