HR Operations & Payroll Manager - Transformation in Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working | 18-Month FTC | Potential Extension

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Manager to support a large-scale People Services Hub transformation and payroll migration programme.

This role is ideal for someone with a balanced background across HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations who enjoys improving processes, driving change and working with stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the transition to a new People Services Hub model.
  • Act as a key SME across HR Operations and Payroll.
  • Review and improve people and payroll processes.
  • Support payroll migration and transformation activities.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners.
  • Drive operational improvements and best practice.
  • Challenge existing processes and influence positive change.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience across both HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations
• Experience supporting payroll, people services, HR operations or shared services functions
• Exposure to transformation, migration, change or improvement projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working

£55,000 - £67500 + Generous Benefits
