Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership in the delivery of complex projects.
- Write detailed network config documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and none-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies.
- Support the development of junior network engineers to reduce escalations and push first time resolutions.
- Acting as a point of escalation for the NOC.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in a project focused Network Engineer position.
- Ideally achieved CCNA and actively working towards CCNP.
- Possess a genuine desire and aptitude towards becoming a Cisco SME.
- Fully funded training & exams in aid of achieving certifications.
