A dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager is sought to lead end-to-end delivery of diverse IT projects including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations. This role focuses on managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.
A key responsibility – you will lead the end-to-end project delivery of fifteen implementations, varying in scale. They are in the process of agreeing new critical systems which you will manage the implementation of across the organisation. This is an international organisation, you will be required to travel to their various offices globally when required.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver IT projects from initiation through to closure.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Lead regular reviews, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
- Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within teams.
- Provide mentorship and strategic project guidance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in risk management, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English (Dutch and French as a second language is highly desirable).
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
