Location: Bridgenorth (Initially Fully On-Site, Remote Working After 12 Months)

Network IT is looking for an exceptional Software Developer to join our client’s small internal development team who are undertaking a significant software transformation programme. You will undertake hands‑on work supporting significant company‑wide projects alongside BAU responsibilities to keep their critical processes functioning. Our client is taking their existing legacy solution and bringing it up to modern standards via updates to the existing software or an entire replace/upgrade to a new solution. Due to the small scale of our client’s development resource, the successful candidate will get involved with multiple areas of development. This role will require you to be on‑site initially, before moving into a hybrid role after settling into the opportunity (est. 12 months after starting).

Experience Required

  • Experience supporting and developing database systems using SQL.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as SSRS or Crystal Reports.
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with WinForms, WebForms, and MAUI technologies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Experience integrating with third‑party systems and data sources.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems or Syspro ERP integration.
  • Experience working within manufacturing environments or processes.
