Network IT are supporting a growing organisation who are currently going through a busy merger period and require a Senior Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based on-site for the first 3 months, with the option to work 2 days from home thereafter.
The Role
You’ll be providing hands‑on 1st and 2nd line support in a fast‑paced environment, covering everything from laptop reassignments and device setup through to Windows, Intune and O365 administration. This is a team where everyone mucks in, so they’re looking for someone reliable, approachable, and happy to support colleagues however needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support across the organisation.
- Windows 11 support, including migration and administration.
- Manage and support Intune and Autopilot deployments.
- Hands‑on laptop/desktop support, including reassignments and physical device tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the wider IT team during a busy period of organisational change.

- Strong 1st/2nd line support background.
- Experience with Windows 11, Intune, Autopilot and Office 365.
- Someone friendly, steady and team‑focused.
- Comfortable in a busy, dynamic environment.
