The Role As an Operational Resilience Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact client projects focused on Business Continuity (BC) and Operational Resilience (OR). Youll handle project-based work that involves specific deliverables, timescales, and outcomes tailored to client needs. This includes: Facilitating workshops, meetings, and exercises (e.g., BIA analysis, Crisis Exercises). Preparing and delivering essential documents such as incident management plans, BC/OR strategies, and post-exercise reports. Advising clients with professionalism and confidence while balancing workload across multiple projects.
