Are you a Senior Waking Night Support Worker or Team Leader looking for unrivalled personal development in a learning disability supported living environment? Working across several supported living homes in Weston and Clevedon, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities. In this role, you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of support workers through supervisions, spot checks, staff rostering and medication observations. - Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers
- On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
- Staff Spot Checks
