Are you a Healthcare Trainer, Care Trainer, or experienced Health and Social Care professional looking for a varied role where you will be responsible for delivering training across several Network Healthcare branches? This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationwide healthcare provider in a 4-day-per-week role offering a company car, paid fuel, and the chance to play an important part in the development of new and existing care staff.

In this role, you will deliver healthcare inductions for new starters, Learning Disability training, and ad hoc training for existing staff, including Team Leaders, Coordinators, and other care professionals across the business. You should expect to travel between branches, including Exeter, Devon, North Somerset, Bristol, Whitchurch, Chipping Sodbury, and South Gloucestershire. No two weeks will look exactly the same, so we are looking for someone flexible, organised, and confident working across multiple locations.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide healthcare provider with specialist departments covering domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support. This role would suit an experienced Healthcare Trainer, Trainer/Assessor, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Care Coordinator, or someone with a strong background in Health and Social Care who is confident delivering training and supporting staff development.

THE ROLE:
  • Delivering healthcare inductions, Learning Disability training, and ad hoc training for existing staff.
  • Supporting Team Leaders, Coordinators, and care staff to develop safe, person-centred, and compliant care practice.
  • Working with Registered Managers and branch teams to identify training needs across the business.
  • Travelling across multiple Network Healthcare branches, with a company car and paid fuel provided.
THE PERSON:
  • Healthcare Trainer, Care Trainer, Trainer/Assessor, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Care Coordinator, or similar.
  • Background in Health and Social Care is essential, with Learning Disabilities experience highly beneficial.
  • Confident in delivering training to groups of new and existing care staff.
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential, and happy to travel across multiple branches.
