Location: East & Mid Devon (Tiverton, Okehampton, Exmouth, Dawlish, Exeter, Cullompton, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas)

Are you a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for long-term stability in a local role providing reablement care and support to clients in the Mid and East Devon area? You will receive comprehensive training, including a one-day classroom instruction.

The Role:

  • Deliver short-term, community support that promotes independence and well-being
  • Work flexibly across a large geographical area to respond quickly to referrals
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and reablement-focused goals
  • Accurately document and communicate progress, risks, and concerns to the care coordinator
  • Monitor and adapt support based on the individual's progress

You must have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Prepared to travel throughout mid and east Devon
  • Previous experience working as a care assistant or Support Worker
