Are you a Care Assistant or Care Team leader, looking for a local, stable role where you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke home care packages for clients in the South Gloucestershire area?

Sixty per cent of your time will be spent out of the office meeting clients in the community to complete care plans and risk assessments.

We have excellent opportunities for training and development where you will be able to start or complete your level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide care provider. We specialise in all types of homecare, including Live in Care, Reablement, Complex Care and Supported Living. This role will be focused solely within our community care team.

This role would suit anyone looking for a local, stable role where you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke home care packages.
