Are you a Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for building and supervising a team of live-in and sit-in carers? In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities, service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke Live-in care packages. You will also plan, coordinate, and supervise an existing team of carers based in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset areas.

The Role:
- Full-time permanent contract
- Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
- Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed
- Business Development (following up on inbound client leads)
- Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users
- Shared on-call responsibility (1 in 3)
