Associate Teacher (Self-Employed/ QTS/ SEND) Commutable from: Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea £20 – £27 Per hour of teaching (rate includes preparation and review time) depending on experience Are you a QTS Teacher looking for a grassroots position in a freshly launched Alternative Learning Provision (ALP), where you will be instrumental in shaping the education of young people with barriers to learning including SEND and mental health challenges? This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced, close-knit team, working to build a specialist ALP, which will allow you to progress into a full-time position if so desired. You will also have the chance to shape learning to align with your creative passions and drive, delivering a more fulfilling and meaningful experience. Additionally, you will have autonomy to develop your role within the provision as it grows, possibly leading to Head of Department or similar. You will be encouraged to plan and deliver your sessions using a creative, trauma-informed approach to education for children aged 6 -19 and 19 – 25 in qualifying situations.
