Network Healthcare is looking for a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join their team. Based in the centre of Dursley we are a small and friendly team that runs the payroll and invoicing for multiple divisions within our organisation. This position is for 11 hrs per week 0930 – 1530 on a Monday and Tuesday (with a half hr break), pay starting at £11.50 p/h with a view to increase to £11.81 after 3 months. Experience is not necessary as full on the job training and support will be provided, however experience using computer systems is desirable. The ideal applicant will: * Be computer literate, with the ability to learn specialist software. * Be competent and knowledgeable in the use of Excel. * Have good written and verbal communication Skills * Be able to keep accurate records. * Have excellent organisation and time management skills. * Be proactive approach to their work. * Be methodical and numerate. * Have good problem-solving skills * Have a good eye for detail * Be able to work independently and as part of a team The ideal start date for this position will be the 09th September 2024, closing date for applications is the 20/08/2024.
