Job Responsibilities

  • Lead conversion-driven design: Create and optimize marketing and landing pages that deliver high engagement and measurable improvements in conversion rates.
  • Own top-of-funnel and conversion-critical touchpoints: landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments — with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
  • Design and execute A/B tests: Develop hypotheses, create test variants, and analyze performance to validate UX and conversion insights.
  • Create well-converting user experiences for the web: Apply strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, and consumer psychology to design seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, affiliate, and content teams to align design solutions with both user needs and business objectives.
  • Design and review user journeys for partner websites: Provide design guidance, feedback, and annotations to optimize affiliate and third-party experiences.
  • Understand our users and competitors: Maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ motivations and market context to inform design decisions that balance user experience with commercial goals.
  • Produce high-quality UX deliverables: Create detailed mockups, flows, and presentations to communicate design intent and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage and evolve the design system: Ensure design consistency across components, tokens, and documentation, while supporting requests from the broader design and development teams.
  • Continuously improve the website experience: Identify user pain points, propose solutions, and measure the impact of design improvements.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, personalization, and experiment validation — and help establish best practices across the team.

Role Requirements

  • Experienced working cross-functionally with marketers, engineers, content strategists, and product managers to align user experience with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience managing or contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency across components and tokens.
  • Strong understanding of UX psychology, growth experimentation, and conversion optimization principles, applying user behavior insights to drive engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX, CRO, and Growth Design work—with clear evidence of impact on business metrics such as conversion, retention, or lifetime value.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar.
