A leading Optical and Hearing Domiciliary Company is looking to recruit a full or part-time Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to work within Plymouth and surrounding areas. Candidates must have private experience in the field.
The role involves:
- Visiting patients in their own homes to test hearing difficulties.
- Determining if patients can be aided by amplified sound.
- Delivering, fitting and adjusting hearing aids.
- Conducting aftercare home visits.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, or part-time minimum of three days a week. No weekends are required and days are flexible.
Qualifications and personal attributes:
- Private experience as an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser.
- HCPC Registered.
- Sympathetic approach and empathy, especially for elderly patients.
- Confident driver who enjoys travel.
